Why this service ?
When a donor offers something to someone who can use it rather than dumping it on anyone willing to take it,
chances are the gift will be more appreciated. What we wish to do is minimize good, useable technology from ending
up as useless trash or scrap salvage rather than being put back into productive service. For some it is important to
know where their gift ends up, and that it is put back into service for a nonprofit cause with which they might
identify. Others may look for tax allowances, or simply want to perform an act of giving. For these and other
reasons, this unique and innovative service performs a small but vital function for growing nonprofits and their
clients, as well as for the earth and our environment.

Is this service free ?
This service is free for those offering to donate equipment. For those who request equipment, we ask that you
help with our programming costs and operating expenses. A suggested minimum donation would be 20.00 dollars for
three months of service, depending on how well the service works for you. A good, simple rule is that if you
benefit from our work, please give something in return. Your giving is voluntary and payments are accepted on an
honor system. Your freewill financial contributions to Recycles.Org are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes, but necessary for our continued development and survival.
Can I volunteer to help?
In place of financial support, at this time, we have a need for a volunteer to assist with
reviewing requests made through our system. This work is easy, and will require only a few
hours of your time each week. You will be able to work at your leisure, on the internet,
and no experience is required. You should be somewhat of a detective at heart, and able
to sniff out others who may have entered our system using fraudulent information, or who
are misusing our system for their own benefit.
How else can I help?
Send us your feedback, success stories, positive remarks, and suggestions. If you would like to volunteer time
in your community, please write to us. If you are a writer or publisher, contact us with
your questions. Bookmark our website, use our service, tell your friends and associates, visit our sponsors, and
return often.
Do you have an online fundraising store where we can shop?
Yes, as a matter of fact, we do. Amazon.com offers a the best online shopping experience with a huge and diverse
inventory, fantastic prices, fabulous customer reviews, and great all around service. Attractive incentives are
often available and many times shipping is absolutely free! Please click here to use
our online fundraising center everytime you shop online, and be sure to bookmark the link for future purchases! It is the least you can do.
Comments from users
From Randy in Virginia
"I do not know if you are aware of this, but you are providing a service that no one else offers. As you know, I
represent a very small church that does not have the resources to drive to far away locations to pick up items. As a
result we continue to search for people that are willing to ship. I just wanted to let you know a little bit of the
good that you are doing. If I could write code I would try to help you in maintaining the site. I know that God will
bless you for your help to others. Let me add, May God bless you! Thank You."
From Jerry in Ohio
"Thanks so much for the service you provide. I have had the opportunity to take advantage of it a couple
of times and hope to do so in the future. Your service is of great benefit to small non-profit organizations
like us. Thanks again!"
From Carol in Texas
"Since we signed up nine months ago we have been fortunate enough to receive a laptop and a desktop computer in good working
condition. We are extremely pleased with your site. We have an intern program so not only do we need computers for staff but for our
college students as well. Thank you for such a wonderful service."
From a donor Connecticut
"We recently donated a cpu unit which will be delivered to a non-profit on Thursday of this week. Your service is
excellent in that what some people may not have a need for, they can share it with someone else who can be in dire
need of that item. I commend your service."
